2. What data we process

a) Server log files

When you access our website we process, for technical reasons, IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer and user-agent. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

b) Contact form

When you use our contact form we process the data you provide (name, email, optionally phone, company, subject, message) in order to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

c) Cookies

We set strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for language selection and consent). Optional analytics or marketing cookies are only set after your consent via the cookie banner.

3. Processors

  • Hosting: Cloudflare Workers (EU traffic)
  • Database: Supabase (EU region)
  • Transactional email: Resend, Inc. (USA) — sends confirmation and notification emails
  • Map embed: Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.)

We have Art. 28 GDPR agreements in place with all processors. Transfers to US services are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention

Contact enquiries are stored for the purposes of processing and follow-up, for no more than 24 months, unless longer statutory retention periods apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
